HEATED VINYASA YOGA w/ KAYLA O'CONNOR
Kayla is a Colorado native and danced throughout high school and college, competing in jazz and hip-hop. After graduating from CU Boulder, she obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in Costa Rica, under professional yogi, Jonah Kest. Kayla is stoked to bring out everyone's inner god/goddess through her vinyasa flows, where everyone is welcome to show up as they are. She encourages people to "bring their shit to the door," and use yoga as a method to work through it in a safe and inclusive space.

BEGINNING HIP HOP w/ AABRITI
In this class you will develop an awareness of hip-hop dance technique and styles; learn steps from specific hip-hop dance forms; increase cardiovascular conditioning, strength, coordination, and flexibility; and increase understanding of hip-hop dance as a whole while jamming to todays hottest playlists.

POWER HOUR w/ ALLIE PETROCCO
This class will level up your stamina and strength by combining elements of HIIT, circuit, cardio, and core training. We'll focus on executing basic exercises with proper form while working to build optimal cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Every week will bring a new challenge, so get ready to level up, sweat, and have fun!

HIIT THE BARRE W/ ERIN HARGIS
45 minutes - HIIT the Barre combines the low-impact, low-weight elements of Barre with the high intensity heart rate lifting bursts from HIIT. Set to the beat of music, this class targets major and micro muscles from head to toe. No equipment or experience necessary, just bring a water bottle and a mat.

ALL LEVELS VINYASA FLOW W/ KRISTEN EMBREY
Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

SHUFFLING w/ JAKE & AMY
A dance style originating in the 1980's characterized by fast heel and toe twisting and stepping, running man variations, stomping with the beat, foot swiveling from side to side, and having feet that appear to be gliding on and off the ground.
This class is a great cardio boost!
